Shipping policy

Ⅰ. Shipping Policy Overview

To ensure a transparent and clear shipping process, please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

This policy applies to orders within Australia.

Ⅱ. Scope of Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within Australia, including but not limited to:

  • All states and territories in Australia

  • Metropolitan areas and most regional areas

Some areas may not be eligible for delivery or require further confirmation: Remote or hard-to-reach areas (such as parts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, or remote postal codes)

If you are unsure whether your address is within our service area, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Ⅲ. Shipping Costs and Pricing

Free shipping on orders equal to or above AUD 157.86.

For orders below AUD 157.86, a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.65 will apply.

All product prices include a 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Ⅳ. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders placed and paid for by 6:00 PM (Australia Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after processing.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and shipping conditions.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for shipping, all of which offer online tracking services.

  • If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Ⅴ. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your order number

  • The carrier's name

  • A tracking link

You can use the order tracking feature at any time to check the shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Ⅵ. Delivery Issues and Damaged Items

Please check the package immediately upon receipt.

If you encounter any of the following issues, please take clear photos and contact our customer support team within 48 hours:

  • Lost or misdelivered packages

  • Severe packaging damage

  • Damaged or defective items

  • After review, we will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

Customers are responsible for any return or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information or contact details.

Ⅶ. Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipping: You can contact customer support to request changes to your delivery information or cancel the order within 72 hours after placing it.
