Due to variations in production batches or manufacturing processes, there may be slight differences in color, size, or packaging, which are not considered defects.
Ⅵ. Pricing, Taxes, and Other Fees
All prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and customs duties.
We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping policy, meaning all fees are included in the price, and no additional payments are required upon receipt.
Any import fees, shipping charges, or other additional costs will be clearly stated on the order page.
Ⅶ. Orders and Payment
Once payment is completed, the order will enter processing and shipping.
Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.

Once the order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled, but returns may be requested after receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and may take 10–15 business days to reach your account.
