Sales tax and DDP delivery policy

Ⅰ. Pricing and Composition

The platform uses a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, with all relevant taxes included in the price at the time of purchase.

The final amount payable is the total confirmed on the checkout page, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

At checkout, the key components of your order will be displayed, including:

  • Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

  • Shipping costs

  • Duties and import fees

  • Customs clearance fees

The specific costs and amounts may vary depending on order details and the delivery address.

Ⅲ. Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Information

Under Australian law, orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).

GST is included in the product price or the total at checkout.

If tax rules or rates change, the displayed prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Customers do not need to separately declare the GST amount already collected or included.

Ⅳ. DDP Delivery

All orders are shipped under the DDP model, where duties and taxes are paid before arriving in Australia, meaning customers do not need to clear customs or pay any additional fees.

Shipping is handled by DHL, FedEx, and UPS, all offering end-to-end tracking services.

In case of address errors, delivery failure, or customs inspection, customer support will assist in resolving the issue.

Ⅴ. Shipping, Fees, and Timing

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders paid by 6:00 PM (Australia Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders paid after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will automatically be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, with longer times possible for remote areas.

Shipping Fees:

  • The order amount is exactly equal to or exceeds AUD 158.63: Free shipping

  • Orders below AUD 157.86: A flat shipping fee of AUD 8.65 will apply

If additional charges arise due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Each shipment will include a commercial invoice and the necessary customs documents, including:

  • Commercial invoice (either electronic or paper)

  • Import or shipping-related declarations

  • Required labels or information as per destination market regulations
