  • Once the order enters the shipping process, it is considered dispatched, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

  • Only orders that have not been processed or shipped can be cancelled.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • The order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier.

  • Delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details or other key information provided by the customer.

If the order has been shipped, you may still apply for after-sales support upon receiving the product, following our Return, refund, and exchange policy.
