Ⅱ. Return and Exchange Period
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have the right to submit a return, refund, or exchange request within 14 days after receiving the product.
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will not accept requests made after this period.
Ⅲ. Conditions for Acceptance
The following conditions are eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Odour or Obvious Discolouration: Unusual smells or noticeable colour differences.

Damage during Handling: Product damage caused during shipping, assembly, or storage.

Product Modification: Products that have been permanently altered or customised.

Wrong Item: If the item you received is different from what you ordered.

No Reason Return: Customers may return items without providing a specific reason.
Ⅳ. Return Request Process
How to Apply:
Please contact our after-sales support team and provide the following information:

Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or receipt)

At least one clear photo or related video of the product
Approval and Return Instructions:

Once approved, we will send you a logistics pre-paid label (PDF) and a download link for shipping instructions.

After receiving the details, you will need to securely package the item to be returned and print the label to attach to the packaged item.

The pre-paid label (PDF) is valid for 7 days, and you must hand over the goods to the designated carrier within this time frame.
Ⅴ. Return Conditions and Fees
For returns within 14 days, shipping and handling fees will be covered by us.
Ⅵ. Refund and Exchange Processing
Exchange: Once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned product, the new item will be shipped immediately, and a tracking number will be provided.
Refund:

After receiving and verifying the product, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard).

The expected processing time for the refund is 10–15 business days.

If there is a delay, please contact us and provide proof.
